If you are a new patient to our office, please visit our patient forms page to download our new patient bundle with forms that will need to be filled out when you arrive at our office. Printing them, filling them out and bringing them with you will allow us to attend to your medical needs more quickly than completing them on your arrival. We are in-network providers for most PPO insurance plans, contact our office to verify acceptance of your plan. Flynn Dental Group does not participate in Health Management Organizations. We accept checks, cash or credit cards. We also offer a flexible payment plan. Please see our Financial Coordinator for details. We are happy to file insurance for your reimbursement as long as you are free to choose your own dentist.
We are in-network providers for most PPO insurance plans. There are various dental insurance plans today, and many of the plans fully cover or partially cover your basic dental work, including teeth cleanings, fillings, crowns, dentures/partials, checkups and even necessary dental surgery.
Since dental plans can vary in terms of services covered and accepted care providers, it is important that you talk with your insurance representative to understand your plan before your visit with us. Keep in mind that if your dental insurance only covers part of your services, you will have a balance remaining, which you can pay for through our other payment options available. For your convenience, we are happy to submit all needed paperwork to your insurance company for processing. Please call our office for with any insurance questions that you may have.
In order to better serve our patients and allow them to get the treatment needed to keep their teeth healthy, we offer an in-house flexible payment plan. Please ask our Financial Coordinator for information on all payment options.
In addition to dental insurance, at Flynn Dental, we also accept a number of other payment methods for your convenience. We offer flexible payment options so you can select the one that fits best within your budget. We accept cash, and all major credit cards in addition to other payment options listed below.
Our office accepts CareCredit, a healthcare credit card that is used to pay for out-of-pocket expenses not covered by dental insurance. CareCredit is subject to credit approval, but once you are accepted, you can use it again and again. CareCredit is a great option if you’re on a budget, in that you can pay for your dental expenses in installments. Ask us about CareCredit today!
